You should start looking over NosTale, there are thousands of emulators online that required a much more complex logic than OpenNos.
Only a few people develop on this game because they have lost interest.
Main reasons:
1- NosTale is a play for children
2- The community is not pleasant and can only complain
3- There is no profit

Again, don't worry, I know what i'm doing (I've read a lot of other emulator/official MMORPG server sources aswell as I've improved myself through Software/Network programming on Low/High level problematics)
I can assure you (again, looks i'll repeat a lot of times) that my work is clearly not limited to OpenNos.
I've contributed to OpenNos, I wanted to start my own C++ Emulator (in modern C++ with much more complexity than simple Login + Master + World)
But as far as I don't have that much free time, i'll do all that work that I wanted on OpenNos.
If you want, we can talk together, but actually OpenNos (on my own version) will be comparable to a pro MMORPG server in ~ 2 weeks (I'm working on my own DBSync (a Redis Like) server aswell to reduce a lot of CPU cycles that are wasted while interacting with DB)
I've partially rewritten the World Encryption which is clearly not coded with feets.
PS : Unicorn is a term for startups that reached a "floor" ;)
PPS : V8 is lastest Chrome's Javascript Engine, hope you will read some really skilled code to improved yourself "C++/C# Dev."
