Update:

The server (Januera/Beta) is back online. You will have to re-create accounts/chars. Use any ID & PW as you like just like before. The wipe was needed, remember it's a beta, we have to keep on testing everything.

Enjoy the beta until the release, there won't be any other downtime but still server restarts when it is needed.

With these current changes yes they will l0l, 10% more damage in general for chinese is a lot honestly xd

Int player nukes cantT crt, low damage aoe sux vs eu. Bards use robe 80% percent.
