[Release] Grepolis 2 bot

Hey Quigonjeen,

First of all you should download the latest version. The older versions sometimes fail to detect a captcha notification.
For the militia you should use a much higher value. I'm using 160 myself, then I can almost enable the militia again after the first attack arrives.

If you want to use lower values you should watch your refresh timer. The lowest value I recommend is 2x your refresh timer. For example if your refresh timer is 5 minutes, the minimum value you should use for your militia is 10.

I have tested the last version 2.3.0.5 and the militia do not work, but why 160 minutes is too long normally it will be enabled if not zero, that is what you wrote about it, if i put 1 is it 1 minutes or not?

If you enter 1, the bot will try to enable the militia 1 minute before the attack. BUT this will ofcourse only work if the bot is checking that town at that moment.

For example, lets say your refresh timer is 5 minutes. When the bot checks your town it sees you have an incoming attack in 3 minutes. The bot will do nothing because your militia setting is 1.
Because your refresh timer is 5 minutes the bot will wait 5 minutes before checking that town again. Now the bot has missed the attack because it arrived 2 minutes ago.

So that's why you need to make sure that your militia setting is high enough.

Well, was too quick with this. The bot still crashes, but with an other error message (still related to .net). Do you need this error description?

Yes that would be useful.

There is no need to click that icon. The captcha image will appear automatic when the timer reaches zero.

FYI, 2.3.0.6 still crashing on WinXP.

I will install this 2.3.0.7 now and wait for the Captcha. I will keep you posted.

Thanks.

Yes it's normal that 2.3.0.6 still crashes with the Microsoft.mshtml error. This version only fixes a problem with IE8.

The experimental version 2.3.0.7 is the first version that contains a possible fix.
