Yeah another person had this problem, I was unable to fix it, I think it has something to do with microsofts inbuilt virtualization (hyperv)

I will try to recreate the issue and see if it's fixable

I don't know why people keep complaining about rates.. You can get from level 42-85 in one day! IF YOU NO LIFE. If you don't want to no life your character just play over the weekend, and you'll be maxed. Sure when I started I thought it would be hard, but leveling up is NOT BORING, and you actually enjoy leveling. This server is GREAT!, and I think the way they made their system kept most of the NOOB BEGGERS etcetera away from it.

It about what you love if you love leveling good for you but a big % of sro is boring of leveling and they just want job/pvp also the leveling in sro arent funny when you dont have quest to do and just need to kill monster
