&lang=en is for english, for any other language you have to change the "en" part. (de is for German, bg is for Bulgarian and etc.)
What languages are spoken in the chat? It's good to know you can have english on the backpage though.

The chats are separate, if you are on english, chat is only for people that are in english,etc same with all languages.
