The unexpected issue on 11.01.2017. 20:00 Server time.
The issue was related to a paid invoice on 29th December 2016. that transaction was on pending state since 30th December 2016 till 11th January 2017 and the bank system(how they call it) decided that the transaction made to HyperFilter is not made in a "safe way". The transaction got refunded/cancelled(call it however you want)immediatly without any notification from the bank or HyperFilter. HyperFilter took off our servers the moment which they received the notification that the payment was cancelled. We took immediate contact with the bank to resolve the issue and to confirm that the transaction was done in a "safe way" and with our allownes, after that it took the bank few hours to send the money back to HyperFilter.
Right now we are just waiting on HyperFilter to confirm the transaction and get our servers back running.
