At this level Cap Glave, Bow and S/S are OP. Especialy S/S is stronger than Spear, couse of debuffs and Spear does not much more base dmg...

With Spear and Blade you are not strong in PVP. But the SOS weapon price are realy low. I dont know why they unlocked all KB for Bow, thats realy anoying in PVP.

It's not pay to win. It's just boring regarding lvling up and hp/mp stacks.

Only 50 allowed. Can be amazing if it was made up to 1000 each.
And it's boring and that's my opinion since lvling up is a bit slow. You are alone and no one wants to help, and knowing that you're so much behind feels off a bit. That's my own opinion, I would recommend to increase the lvling rates. Other than this. It's a stable server.

Well when you reach lvl 105 you can always save silk up and buy item mall potions :P
