[Guide]Make A Private Server!(Need Nothing)

i cant seem to login i did everything then when i login it goes black and then it says maintence....

help please :D

is there any way to add a ninja to this? cuz ninjas are fuckin awesome

It work finemake sure you didnt click the .vshost

No they aren't.

That being said, why would you possibly try to add ninja to an old patch when you could simply run a newer server?

Notice the original post for this was nearly 2 years ago... and even then it wasn't a current patch! You would have to modify basically everything in the client to get ninjas working with this server OR you would have to upgrade the entire server to a newer patch (5095) and there are already sources out there for the newer patches.

It's obviously possible (update the login, encryption and any packets/offsets) but it's simply not worth it imho.

Odd that the .exe isn't working at all. Again though... I haven't seen any public servers using this within the past... well.. just about ever so it can't be all that great. Why not just use one of the newer, more complete sources that actually have some support for them?

CoEmu2 = 5095 (decent for a public source, needs stuff added to it but LOADS has been posted on here)
New lotf = 5156?? (not well organized but loads done in it. needs alot of fixing up though)
old lotf = 5017 (poorly organized... not very good but has just about every feature imaginable coded for it. just gotta sort through bad releases/sources though)
CoFuture (the conquer 1.0 version) (quite good, not much missing, no huge bugs with the source)

Hopefully that will give you some ideas of what you might wanna use as a source as this one is kinda long dead.

Yea wel i cant find "TheCoServer" thing at all. :/ I downloaded the conquer 3 client (the first link.) I already had winrar. Extracted to desktop. I did the setup.exe and still nothing. Please help me. Or tell me what to do. D: Fast..Please..

Bud scroll down you didnt download "TheCOServer" obviously x.x its first page scroll down he has it posted but id advise getting one from google just type that in search i found it no problem his is bugged no offense x.x...
