Ok I try your idea but I have just net framework 3.5.1,I was thinking it is ok I activate him(I check Windows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation and Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation) but it still give me that error.It's something what can I do?

I download net framework 3.5,but when I try to install it I double click and nothing happend:(

I resolved that problem now oblivious I have another one,when net framework 3.5 is instaling give me that error:Setup Error!
