Delete the trojan and COtobo, download and run COtobo again and you will see it's not COtobo installing the spyware.
If you don't like to proove us at least post the exact link to the program you were using to find spyware on your computer so everyone can see that it does not contain any malicious code.
Anyway spyware does not steal passwords, logins, account informations etc., so I think this guy just made that up.
