It is cash shop based and web based, My server is not public and I offer all cash shop items through NPC, so I am not much help with the cash shop set up.

Those codes are easily found in the databases. Check out dbo.ItemResource in the Arcadia database.

I need help on how to make the calculated within the server time
Example: how to make the player gets 1 million gold every hour only in the case of his presence in the server in the case of non-presence do not get any thing.

Can this same method be used to change whether an area is PvP or PvE accepting? For instance, if I want to run a PvE server but make it so all the dungeons are PvP zones, thus pkers who pk outside of Horizan for instance will get Wrath, but if they pk inside M1 they wont....

You are talking about two different types of PK flags.

World location does set and affect areas where you can PK.

Wrath and item droping rules are controlled by whether it is a Hardcore rules PK server, this feature can only be turned on and off in the gameserver,opt file.

Normal gameserver.opt

S game.PKServer:0
S game.disable_pk_on:0

Set the PKServer flag to 1 and you have no wrath but people can drop items if immoral points are too high.

Set the disable_pk_on to 1 and you have a PVE server.

World location does not control these values but can allow you to set PK on in towns or not PK in dungeons.

I am not talking about the PK I am talking about the rewards every hour or two hours from the presence of the player online within the server
