failed to connect DC it says but other servers except shard and gameserver say "Successfully connected to DB"

any idea what seems to be the problem?

and btw, got another one.. got an error on Sharmanager it say somethiing like

I can log in just fine im using hamachi... how can i get my bro in i keep getting the (9) error game doesnt load up at all..

16 GB of RAM dedicated server 1.makinam
2. 4gb dedicated server machine. open all ports. item bug disappear? or remain seated? To what do you think about this issue. positive or negative
