I presume both of you are using the latest version of the IM? Cause if you are using the 'Install IM' 'Remove IM' version, then it is outdated.
Well I played the game with IM this morning for like 2 hours and still got no Hacking Trial message. I also logged in the game several times to make sure it is still working, and yes, it is still working. I stayed idle in the lobby for like 20 minutes to check if I get detected, and nope, still no Hacking Trial message.

I think you should check if there is any background process running that is getting detected as a third-party program by HGWC (Fraps/MSN) . And also make sure you are not using any other trainer other than the Item Manager.

I am using the latest IM and the only thing running in the background was the new version of game booster 2, so i tried playing S4 with only game booster (so no IM) on an alt account, and everything worked fine. Since i'm not using anything besides IM, i have no idea why it banned me if it's not because of IM... Thanks for your reply though =)

Well im also getting hacking trial detected with the IM.(no other hack used)
Using the latest IM.
Even try to reboot pc +start again=hacking trial detected

recently I never got detected running almost all background application that was detected before , Just saying , ItemManager is not detected ..

Do you put the ItemManager in the S4 League Installation folder??
Using: Window XP 32bit SP3 [ tested during 5 minutes ago ]
Tested in W7 64bit , Vista 32 & 64 bit [ Tested during the first day of Patch 23 ]

If the error still occur , please state your Operating System

Solutions:
1. Rename the file each start.
2. Re-install the ItemManager.exe (download the latest Item Manager so re-download it)
3. Be sure not to put it into S4 Folder (anywhere else, still working!)

Log In my Account
And: Connection to the game server has been terminated

yesterday nothing happens while i used IM but today i got 2 hax detect while i used IM and no detect without IM :-( and which file i should rename?

The server crash , it's not because of IM , it's because of your connection or the server it self. As far as I know , XP32bit isn't detected since i'm using it~ * just now *

Just rename the ItemManager.exe

I get a Hacking Trial but yesterday it works fine q.q
