People are getting caught using auto-explore. Whether it's just people seeing them and reporting them or Anet is seeing when people unlock too many things in a short time, we don't know. If you get caught, it was most likely because you were being too brash with your teleporting and someone saw you.

Is the hack down? It asked me to do an update and deleted my files. I went to the link I got for downloading the hack after I payed for it and the website cannot be found.

No, it works fine. The deletion probably happened due to your firewall or antivirus or something. The link you get from Buffy to download midnight DOES NOT last forever for obvious reasons. This goes for everyone. If you send him a PM with your username requesting another download link, he'll send one to you.

Bekommt der Hack hier noch die "Autogather" Funktion spendiert beziehungsweise hast du vor den Hack hier auch in Zukunft weiterzuentwickeln oder fokussierst du dich erst mal auf dein neues Projekt?

I also wouldn't donating extra for named waypoints (no loading times and cheaper travelling)

Midnight is absolutely independent of Aurora and will be continued.
