instal IE or Firefox
first open acc with IE or Fire..
after you log on acc (i mean game) back to web explorer and loogout from just opened acc.
(advice tray to run with window mode)

I Open Account With Firefox Then With IE And Works Fine :)

It states I have wrong file version , i just downloaded the game , what is the right file version can it be speaking about?

Maybe Try Reinstalling The Client

reinstall the game then update normally through website. After this use the patch.
