Hello, I am a player in China, can I use this software in China, I have dma equipment

What would I need in order to use one of my LeetDMA/Captain DMA devices if I wanted to use them on my laptop? I have a spare Dell 7855 G7 15 laptop I want to use, but I don't think I can simply plug my LeetDMA Pro V2 or Captain DMA v3 into a spare PCIe port (doesn't have empty ports).

I already have 2 DMA devices, so ideally, I don't want to have to buy a 3rd. But if I need to, I did find this:

Otherwise, can I use my Captain DMA v3/LeetDMA Pro V2 with my laptop or do I need to use the device from the link? Or maybe there is a different solution?

You can buy Captain dma 5th gen. 5th gen can connect to laptop.
