The gift weapon can be made +13 in website , they do enough damage for you to cap easy.
The gift clothes you get are level 96 , which you can get in 1 hour.
the drop rate it is how it is in order to keep economy stable.
There have been many changes,read the patch notes on our website or check discord server.

can cap with this +13 but the dmg is like its not even refined visual only.
and yes i know all the gifts alredy its same when i left 1 month ago i made 1 lvl in hermit the nuker did 32 lvls abuse the aoe... ok that you fix but all same i read

🌏 Tibet Expansion Update — 9Dragons Classic

We’re excited to announce that Tibet is now open with mostly classic features, new content, and several system updates!

📜 Map & Quests

Tibet map is fully open.

Quests are currently disabled until revamp.

Available quests: Epithet & the upgraded PvE Deco line.

Epitaphs are default for now.

🐉 Bosses

Bosses spawn automatically every 4 hours.

There’s a 30-minute gap between each spawn.

The boss timer will be added to our website Guides.

⚔️ Level Cap

The level cap has been increased to:
Immortal 12 (216).

🎌 Items — Banners (Collectibles)

New Banners: Blue, Black, White.

Banner Materials:

Drop randomly from all mobs in Tibet.

100% drop chance from bosses.

Extra drop mobs: Gaga, Prince, Liang, Yasuchu.

Blue & Black Banners can also be obtained from IM gamble boxes.

New boxes:

Low drop chance from Tibet mobs.

Guaranteed drop from Tibet bosses.

🛡️ Hermit 4 Set

Set level changed to IM 6.

Craftable via the KJ Dungeon.

KJ Dungeon passes available at the NPC in Third Villa.

⚒️ IM6 Weapons

Craftable via the BM Dungeon.

BM Dungeon passes are crafted via mini-bosses.

Mini-bosses spawn every 30 minutes:

Black Breeze

Nameless Monk

General Little Monkey

Left Guardian

Right Guardian

🔨 Weapon Upgrades

Previous stage weapons are available for upgrade on the website.

You will not lose refinements on your current weapon.

👘 New PvE Deco

Upgradable at the Tibet NPC.

Complete the first Tibet quest to obtain the required item.

💎 Refine System

Max refine increased to: +17 +2.

Refine rates are visible on the website.

🔥 Halloween Event is Live! 🔥

A spooky new adventure has arrived — with a brand new map, haunted monsters, and powerful Halloween rewards!
Here’s how it all works 👇

👻 How the Halloween Event Works

Kill monsters in any normal map to collect Spectral Souls.

Use 10 Spectral Souls to craft either:

👑 Spectral Crown — lets you search skeletons in the new Halloween map for necklaces.

⚔️ Spectral Sickle — lets you harvest pumpkins in the same map.

💡 The Crown and Sickle act as keys — you cannot open skeletons or harvest pumpkins without them!

Bring your harvested items (Pumpkins or Necklaces) back to Bamboo Village and visit the Halloween NPCs.

🎃 Use Pumpkins and Necklaces to craft special Halloween items and rewards!

🗺️ New Halloween Map

Accessible from Bamboo Village — there are two teleport gates near the Hefei exit.

The map is shared by both White and Black clans, each side guarded by powerful guardians.

Inside, you’ll find zombies, skeletons, and pumpkin patches — beware, zombies hit hard!

👹 New Mini-Boss

A Halloween mini-boss appears in the new map every 1–3 hours (randomly).

Can drop up to 100 Spectral Souls at once!

🧙 Halloween Crafting

Craft your Crown and Sickle using Spectral Souls at the Halloween NPCs in Bamboo Village.

Then, use your harvested Pumpkins and Necklaces at the same NPCs to create exclusive Halloween gear and rewards!

⚔️ Other Changes & Improvements

🛡️ Buffed Safe Zone Protection.

⚖️ Increased penalty for safe zone attacks and kills.

✨ Healer – Force Explosion AOE fixed to heal correctly.

🏃 Reduced movement speed on IM Set boots.

🗺️ Added teleport to Datong via E key.
