At this point I think this is third or fourth Jsro reopening, don't get me wrong, I've got nothing against the server, in matter of fact I hope this lasts for a long time but what was the reason of Jsro's previous downfalls?
Also, is the cap going to be progressive? People will get bored of 80 cap eventually, but if they know that 90 cap is going to follow up after sometime, maybe a year or two (If hopefully the server lasts) they would most likely remain motivated in expectations of the new cap.
