please create a ticket in the discord. they will help solve the problem. but most often it is fixed simply by restarting. as for the spoofer, are you probably using a third-party one? you need to run the software first and then only the spoofer

because there was an update in the game that day.. I think it's logical and understandable that it takes a couple of hours to update for a game patch. Everything is working now
