Hi
i buy tool, awesome, unlock weapons and operators.

some things don't work, doesn't unlock ghost perks, doesn't unlock emblems and sprays, these must be activated option 2 is that correct?

Yes.

When you open the tool, you get 2 options: Weapons and others.

If I used this on a pc warzone account, then link my psn account to it, would it transfer over to ps4? Whatever I unlocked on pc?

This is very accurate and helpful. The tool works really well IMHO. Easy to Launch, Easy to Use and Understand. I can confirm the Perks, Grenades and Tactical stay at Lvl 1 so you can't edit those while touching up the weapons but thats not a big deal. Furthermore, you can't say the new CW weapons as blueprints just yet but I assume that will come in time. Way around that is to add the CW weapons to a loadut, and they will save to that custom loadout after the restart.
I definitely recommend this tool for anyone. Price is very reasonable and the owner is trustworthy and works with you if you encounter any problems.

my weapons are already at maximum lvl when using your tool are they still at the same lvl?
