You need to be more specific, are you talking about just running the MYSQL?
or are you talking about running navicat?

anyone know how to fix this? msg server gives an error and everything else seems to be ok.

your system settings are wrong.
Make sure your language and timezone are set correctly

change system locale to chinese

Try using an older version of navicat

quick question , is the only way with these newer engines for start location still cq_action or is there a different config it can be set in now as it obviously doesnt have the account server config for it anymore.

On the MSG server at the top you have 3 options, click the 2nd option it will open a window, its at the bottom its the first row that starts with 603 then x 202 y 198, 603 is the map, 202 and 198 is where on the map, once done click save it will be in Chinese and will un gray after editing.

i also did some searching last night after i thought about it and i think i actually found it in the files too, in the msgserver folder in the 178 folder the file named 备份_全局控制 which i think is called global control or something, but your way seems just as easy if not easier lol

ookay now i already follow the autopatches then, i can enter the game. then when i create id at navicat the say invalid password and username

Make sure the password is in MD5. Here is a example. Username: test / Password: test
