Im terribily sorry you were not able to submit a ticket, we have recently sorted out this issue of not being able to open tickets as it had to do with discords limit of tickets in a channel :) If you have purchased a long time ago there is no issue at all, simply provide proof of payment and you'll be reissued a new licence. We respond to tickets each and eveyday with new tickets flowing in every single hour. I try my upmost best to respond to most tickets throughout the day aswell as our other staff members doing so aswell. :cool: If anyone has any questions about the product or any issues arise feel free to @ me in the ticket you create.

aridekvm doesnt work on pubg steam and got me banned twice, 1hour after purchasing and i already ask for refund they're still ignoring me
