I have noticed that when you start S4 with ITC and without a bypass S4 wont start uneless you use the Bypass

If you want to start S4 without ITC then you have to move ITC files from S4 folder

i dont know but it give me an error, can you explain how to do because i'm not sure.
I try with [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] and this cheat work but when i put cheat of this page it doesn't work
