I'm curious, what are the team's thoughts on changing the grinding system in order to make it a bit more interesting?

It gives you more EXP in a given period of time. Who said you need to play 8h a day? A normal PT lasts around 60-90 minutes.

Alchemy System and how to obtain D12->D14:

You can normally obtain D11 from the regular known methods.
D11 Types (Nova , Egy A , Egy B) When upgraded they will give D12(Magic , Rare , Legend) and this continues as following D12->D13->D14.

Upgrading materials can be obtained from normal hunting and dungeons.


Judging the server using haters/flamers opinion will just lead to a wrong server image try ZYAIN and then you can judge for yourself.
