Well you see that is the unfortunate thing about memory hacks. The addresses get changed when the server gets patched, and there for the memory hacks no longer work unless the developer of the hack continues to "re-hack" the game to get the addresses again.
A "simple" solution to this might be that the developer account for address changes in the hack. If for example someone found a step by step process to get a certain address, that process would most likely be repeated the same way after the game is patched in order to find the new address. This process could very well be automated with an addition to the hack.
AutoIt/AutoHotkey are two extremely similar languages/programs that you could easily use to create a "hack automation" script. Depending on what was needed to be done to narrow down and find the new address for whatever specific hack got patched, the script might be a fully automated "press an wait" type, or it could be a step by step instruction that does all the background tasks with CE by itself (IE it would need to user to stand in a certain spot, then when ready press go key for next step, then move to next spot press go key when ready, etc etc depending on what hack you where "re-creating").
Okay so it's not all that simple for the developer. Considering he would essentially be creating a whole new piece of software to patch the first one. However, it can be done.
I dare someone to do this LOL. Kinda huge undertaking but if you see all the pieces you know it can be something revolutionary.
