An0nym³ only uses CE, she had stated that earlier. Which means +9 most likely can be done with CE, though not duping.
And really this thread was not to see if these hacks should be released, but to see if you 135 leechers even deserve something like this. People who voted yes really dont need it, we know how to make money to actually buy the gear, we aren't as lazy as you, and we are not leechers and beggers.
