COPAC - Conquer Online Packet Logger / Editor

my first post yay \../(^^)\../ heres an idea, instead of tryin to change gold u drop y not change the gold a pheasant drops or sumthin, then u could make easy money

why'd no one respond 2 my post? please look over it and tell me if it's possible

what are packets?do they give you infinite gold or something lol.Somebody tell me please,i'm a noob

No, packets in the game are just info passed from server-client client-server that tells exactly where you are, what you did, what you're doing, and that info is then stored in memory, server database, and some displayed on other person's client. There really is no way of faking gold because the amount of gold you have is stored in the database, and packets sent go from your client to the server(database), it checks to see what you did(if you have that amount of gold), and sends a packet back to your client depending on what you did, if you do have that much gold it will do what you wanted to, if you didn't, the server sends back a packet say "You don't have that much gold" because it has compared your current gold to the amount in the packet.

i got my login packets saved. *editing them now, so i stay anonymous*
it give my loginid, and some weird numbers/letters, just gotta edit them cause else evry1 can logg me in ect..
well

it sends a few packets, i thought 5 - 6 or so
with all your login shit, and then, the last few packets looked suspicious in my eyes:

after those, i had another income with all my friends in friendlist.

Well i thought:
Who knows, cause when u login, it sends a packet with your loginid + some other text string
so im now gonna try it with another char and same pass..

how do i get the packet of my wepon? to repair it while it is on

COPAC hooks the API-- Has anyone succesfully decrypted the network stream? I'm interested in generating packet statistics from a different box.

Whenever i open COPAC, i get an error message sayign 'cannot find an unhooked instance of Conquer.exe'
I open COPAC when i'm at teh log in screen. Am i doing it wrong. Am i supposed to open it at a different time?

Maybe type HexEdit in google? :P

Do packets are fully decrypted?(Packets found whit COPAC)?

I was able to add gold to my char by making a trade fail whit packets but it was only client side :cry:
