Don't bitch Novi, it is free. I ported it over to use AngelRead and there's a compiled version sitting on the [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] forums.
I'll update AB1 when the offsets are fixed but there's no real support. Source is available if you'd like to edit or compile yourself.
