Yes, but I offer certain warranty about that. If account gets banned in first 7 days, because of the way it was leveled and there's a proof of it (Riot mail), I offer replacement account. If ban occurs (which is rare), it happens in first 2-5 days so I think this kind of warranty is in place. Riot sometimes bans accounts for account sales/trades as well, which I can't be held responsible for. We are all aware that account sales/trades are against their EULA so every purchase includes a certain risk, especially if you talk about that in game itself.
