Looking for a dev to partner with for a clean epic 8.1 server, my function would be to work on class balance and pet balance, game balance in general, and being a GM;community manager, Id also invest my own money.

Couple of enthusiastic Rappelz players hoping to host a long-term server, there are currently only 4 of us, 2 of them are just testers.
We wish to create a Rappelz server that is without a toxic community and not just a cash grab. A server where old content will not be nerfed constantly to make people pay more to keep doing the same old content, but rather new content is added to keep up the momentum.
We have the ideas yet we are new to the Rappelz development scene, so we need devs who are more knowledgeable than us.
Preferred Skills:
RDB editing - medium level
.lua scripting - medium level
Website Hosting - medium level

Since this is a start up project that will take some time and learning before it goes live, I have to point out that what I need is more of a consultant rather than a developer for the time being, so it is important that you should be doing this out of the joy of creating something beautiful.

IF we manage to create something with a potential, we can turn our work into profit, and if we do so there will be payment equaling your efforts. [Server gets paid -> We get paid (minus VPS cost) ]
