I must be stupid or something is wrong. I have the same problem as many other people do. It's stuck at "checking licence"

I made everything what was written in the previous posts but it didn't help me in any way. KbotCC is still offline for me :/

Could someone please write how to start this bot because I ran out of ideas :/
