Your antivirus is blocking/deleting the .exe you need to add an exception for it... Please don't ask me how

all these commands i can't find them i just start it everything is fine and it opens the game (no options appear except a pop message says if i want to see the quality of the items onthe ground) help!!

You can write it at Talk, World, Team, Guild, Ally chat mode. Not with Whisper mode.

i think u used girl account and have alot of flowers so when u make command @sh

u make it with flowers so dosnot work..... i think Angelius can fix that.

Yeah his right. When a rose rank female char use the bot and talk @sh. there would be flowers at the beginning and the end. and won't talk @sh but talk [flower]@sh[flower]
That's why its not working. I think Angelius is working with that small problem.
