Mastery bug, no summoner cool downs

i did it with the moviment speed but now i can't get the summoner cd to work bah

it's simple:

start by searching on CE for 0
then update your skill to 1
search 1
update your skill to 0/2 (if it has more update more if its just 1 put zero again)
search 0/2
update your skill to 1/3 (if it was 0 update to 1 if it was 2 update to 3)
search 1/3
etc etc etc till it gives 1 or 2 codes
change the value of the codes to the rest of your mastery points
save your mastery page
done

easy just did it but got some problems changing the value of the cdr masterie... got that movespeed and also other stuff but that one doesnt want to work x.X nvm wont use it was only to see how other ppl are doing it. Kinda poor if some ppl think they need to use that in ranked to get some elo.

Definetly but i am pretty sure they have something on their sleeves for people who abused it.

what do you don't understand?

1-Open cheat engine -> click the pc icon -> choose the LoL process
2-Put 0 and click First scan
3-Put 1 for example on swiftness
4- Go to Cheat engine -> Put 1 -> Next scan
5- Put 2 on swiftness
6- Go to cheat engine -> Put 2 -> Next scan
7- Click the code that appears on the left of Cheat Engine
8- Change the value for the remaining points you have (if its swiftness 23)
9- Save mastery Page on LoL
10- Done.

Here is a list of masteries that are changeable, but won't work in game.

Minion Damage Mastery

Both 1 point damage reduction(minion and normal) masteries

Spell Vamp

Any others, or rather has anyone gotten these to work?

I do it and found the cd reduction adress, changed the values but mastery page cant save
how to solve it ?

In front of the word HEX... XDXD

Probably you aren't high enough level to use it or you are trying to put in too many points. It won't work if you aren't level 21.
