Making CO Private Server USING MYSQL WORK ON PATCH 5017

hello guys ... I started to do that server ... I followed every step and I have a password and account when login give me this error occurs, "Connecting failed due to server maintenage or Internet congestion. Please re-login later. "You tell me how to fix this? Thank you!
EDIT: i put ip adress in cidserver and now it say Connection with the server is interrupted. Please re-login later? How can i fix that?

EDIT(2): Fixed. Now i changed source to 5165 and i got login frozen.. HELP! :D
