CLI Su*ks for true, if you could do it in QT it'd be much better, the same is the installer, you can check it out and try.

how much does it cost?

Do you know that every "Lag point" in the bot is because of the "CLI" and "Net Framework", every crash is because of it too.

if you done it in "QT" it wouldn't annoye you with crashes, etc.
