Archlord Macro release

Macro isn't working anymore since Webzen updated client so... We need to wait or just forget about this tool.

Damn i realy mis this nice tool, sombody knows when Ace releases a new one?

I will pm him and ask him if he can share the last version of the CodeGear RAD Studio source code. I can try to make a new version.

Iam realy new to the AL community and was using ur tool for a while. It seems Ace got a good reason for not releasing a new version of the macro tool, the one ppl like the most :). I know its developed in CodeGear RAD Studio and maybe he can agree on sharing the source code with us so someone can make the nescacary adjustments so it will be useable again. It will be also helpfull if he clears out his best method of 're-calibrate' the new dynamic pointers.

Maybe we can help our AL-community with this kind of support.

IF he share the source code then just with trustful friends which ace knows very good, he never will give away his source codes to random new people in the AL community. dont think that u will have any luck...

Maybe he's also a big fan of the open source concept, also a reason to share it :)

You don't know how long it takes for him to find all codes and to change them with new codes. I ask him to help him some months ago and I had see that is it not easy, he give me his codebook, at the last stand it was with over 70~80 letters, to much for me to read and try when you are always go to work ;)

Yeah, i can imagen that its not easy to update codes (new pointer values and offset) for all those stats like target-HP, skillstatus, and so on. It must take a lot of time over and over after every new released client.

Maybe its an option to put all those variable codes/values in a external file and keep the code of macro-tool static. This way we only need to update the content of the external file when nescesary and Ace or whoever doenst have to update this tool anymore and the AL-community wil manage the contect of the external file.

Its just a idea :)

Yes but finding all of those pointers is a hard thing too. Plus sometimes the alefclient.exe memory management is changing too so it is an extra work to fix in the body of the tool.

So this is they end of the (macro) story? ;)

buy a fcking macro mouse for 20€ - 50€ and u have no problem. if someone can waste 50€ for webzen, then he also can buy a good macro mouse. i use my gamer mouse since 3 years and never had problems. i never regret these 50€ for the razer gamer mouse!

like MARCI say, buy a good macro mouse and keyboard too and you don't have any longer problems ;)

my archlord closed it, when i start the bot. how can i fix it this problem?

as people said before you need a macro keyboard or mouse. Our coders are too busy to update they programs so be smart and stop asking what is the problem...how can I...etc. etc.
