I love your work Arielle ! Its made so many people follow what you do. I will always thank you whenever i make something, if i never saw your post. I would never have done custom sets on shaiya.

I have played other games before that let you edit on the official games, So i kinda know the basics. I played shaiya and found this out. And i am now doing edits on shaiya.

Thank you so much!

Thanks a lot KawaiiiGirl, it's really nice to hear that stuff ^^

EDIT: to all the people that PMed me and havent received a reply: I'm sorry! I've basically retired from shaiya and moved over to a different game, both of my threads are rather unsupported atm, and are unlikely to be updated, same goes for my inbox on epvpers

I know you said you moved on but your stuff is AMAZING and I've also done work with the mage Decoris (spelling fail I know) gear but cannot figure out how to hide the scarf. Could anyone give any tips? (I primarily use PS CS3 and I know there is a way to hide parts of gear but cannot for the life of me remember).
Here is the gear I'm talking about: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Thanks

to hide elements you will need to remove with sh studio the 3d parts

Technically you can remove it as teddy said with shstudio, but i wouldn't recommend it as there's nothing underneath :/

there's another method of making gear parts invisible too:

- in the Character/Race directory you got _face, _foot, _lower etc. mlt files, open the file you're interested in (i.e. if you want frayed skirt for a pagan you open viwm_lower.mlt with ShStudio)
- the 2nd column called 'Unk' contains either 1 or 0 value.
0 - alpha channel determines visibility
1 - alpha channel determines glow
- change the value to 0 in the desired file and if memory serves it'll behave exactly like hair editing (white or black was invisible in game [not sure which])

but that's clearly for making things look frayed, with holes etc. ShStudio is your friend if you want to remove whole gear parts :D

Thanks for the feedback!
