this is the same as that ADHDKID guy who first posted a thread about him bragging that he was coding an emulator, and later telling that he got sued by gamehi just because he mentioned he was programming one.

this is more or less bullshit. no single evidence was given that there are sues.

When one of the members decided to make me an egg. concocted himself so, he established two accounts on the forum. Then one writes a normal post, and expensive as a lawyer there GameHI I ceased their activities. Then this post might be under the post with his first account.
guy was so stupid that failure. As the forum admin who have insight that has no IP and it turned out that your assumptions are on the same day, the difference was only an interval of several minutes.

Blocked accounts, and dude, I sent an email with a nice joke with ss forum with his IP account and an expensive one.

Completely wrong. Coming from a family of legal justice I can say thats not how it works at all. I've also been running private servers since 1988, so if its anyone that ranks the charts for being in the "p-server business" it would be me. You don't edit any other files other then Dekaron which leaves you a post 2-3 years max in the private gaming community. Needless to say your not very good at it either. Now that I completely stomped your attempt at making yourself look good lets get down to business. For one they do not mail the shit to your house, they have no place of residence or nothing so how could they to begin with. Two, yes getting notices of closure via email is very common and the first thing you will notice (before real paperwork is done and they start getting names, address's, etc). I personally wouldn't trust a person who types with the spelling and grammar of a twelve year old. Sure its just "rumor" right now, doesn't mean its not true. As soon as someone comes forward with a screen then it will be more believable, but until then its all "hear-say".

fking idiot, 22 years old and u have been making pservers since 1988, which is funny as shit, that means u were being conceived when u started ur first pserver, AND not only were u making pserver b4 ur mom even knew she was pregnant, but u have a pserver for a mmo exactly 4 years b4 the very first mmo, never winter nights, that was actually released thx to AOL and ran from 1991 to 1997, there were NO pservers cus there was no software for this game, as a matter of fact the first mmo that had emulation software was Unltima Online which was released in 1996 and the first emu for it wasnt released until after T2A was out, which puts the first mmo server emu released between 1997 and 1998.

i myself had 2 UO pservers the first one in 2000 and the second one in 2003, both successful, and i was one of 4 other ppl to have the first UO pservers up running and had players on it, so if we are going off of how long someone has been opening pservers, i think i take the title of 'expert', but i dont, cus every pserver is different, just cus u have exp in one doesnt mean you have any clue how to run the others.

emails are not/cannot be legal documents, a simple search in google (yes, we know, u have been using google since 1976, was the first one to coin the term 'search' which makes u an expert *rolls eyes*) will result in hundreds of pieces of info pertaining to documents on the internet not being admissible as any kind of evidence in court, no emails, no messaging history, no forum posts, nothing with the small exception of 2 parties both agreeing to something where both of them enter into the terms as defined and IP's and names are logged, and even those 9 times out of 10 dont stand up in a court of law. if you have a family of lawyers and they are saying an email is documentation enuff to close anything, ask them why evictions arent sent in emails, or petitions to courts, or subpoenas, or anything similiar, a family of lawyers that think they can send emails as legal documents? u guys must all live in a single wide trailer on a lot living off welfare, cus they sure arent making no money being lawyers.

Dekaron server puts in 1988, when they are first mentioned as a reference is wrong about 2004. How does he in 1988 was the Dekaron servers are files. Or is the guy from Return to the Future and perhaps to the Past.

You still don't get it that they can stop us from editing their client & using their files. But they won't because they're to lazy, you can easily see that because they don't even care about their own game and getting rids of all bots & hackers they have.

They have the right to shut every single pserver down, but they won't do it.
