Ok so first of all we do care about the opinions of all our players that's why we have active suggestion channel, ticket system and care to communicate with our players over the general chat on daily basis for over 2 years now.

Now regarding your timeout on discord, clearly you didn't respected our answer and decided to continue talking nonsense over the general chat therefore you got a timeout.

Now at this point normal players usually say ok thank you for the replay, but you continued talking nonsense mixing up stuff but even then we kept replaying you and giving you proper info and advise:

Unfortunately even after that you didn't settle down but went calling FGW which is a big part of our game system useless :

After the final replay a 24hrs timeout on discord was set as it was already a late hour and you clearly wouldn't stop your nonsense it was the right thing to do, timeouts on discord are completely normal practice to settle down and prevent conflicts, however since you didn't get the warning in form of a timeout on discord and decided to escalate your case and went talking badly about us in our in game global chat afterwards :

And now you came here to spread lies to harm our server image, guess what ? you are now completely banned from our server not just a timeout on discord, good luck elsewhere.
Just a tip, try to avoid fighting the GM's on their own server it usually ends up in a ban.
