Ley, ley is 100x more OP then amy, amy sucks in dungeon, ley rocks in both

Damage doesn't matter, If by better you mean damage, go Ley. If you mean better as in like more fun to play or cool combos, that would be amy. Amy is a lot more fun to play where Ley, is like Ball 1, Ball 2, Skill, Move on. Amy is like just a lot more fun.

Amy of course, since she can be a good support (buff) and there's a lot of trick for Amy that still exist (ex - otto plowed shot), but Ley doesn't that bad too.

HP bug?

So umm yeah, got my Zero to lvl 56 today and he has 850 HP,
Not sure if he is supposed to only have 850 at lvl 56 or if its a bug/glitch?

Well Im wearing lvl 28 set (not sure if that might be the problem)

Edit: Just equipped lvl 57 set and my HP is still the same, but now its 890 HP..

thats really low -.-, maybe try to ask in the LU PH forum instead, ask the GM for direct help

Haha iknow right, now im lvl 60 and have 1,2k HP.. still feels low.
