My account has been locked out for over a month since then I have been constantly contacting support till I got it unlocked recently. I have checked this situation and addressed it with him. If Woofer is a scam we wouldn't have kept his ticket open to refund as I stated earlier in his ticket that I will issue the refund since im the only person who can refund him. I'm in the process of resolving this issue and other occurring issues I have missed in the entire server.
