i can buy i5 3570k (4 cores+4Threads=Hexacore) or Xeon E3-1240 (4 cores+8 Threads = Octacore)
wich better for PC Gamming?

4 cores and 4 threads doesn't mean it's hexacore, it's still a quadcore.

Also, don't get a 3rd gen i5, they are already old and dated, 4th gen came out a few months ago, and the price increase isn't that relevant, my i5 4570 costed about 200$, you can get an i5 4670 with the same clock speed as the 3570, for little more cost, and an up to date microarchitecture.
The Xeons are made for servers, not your every day computer, and you won't notice any significant performance increase by having 8 threads instead of 4, they aren't full cores and don't perform as full cores, it's far from being an octa-core. Since you want your PC for gaming, stay away from Xeons and i7s, the multi-thread thingy is just marketing and you won't see any real results from it (also, note that most games are optimized for dual cores, quadcores at most)
If you want better performance for virtual machines, it's RAM you want, and you'll want at least 16GB or maybe even 32 if you're planning on going with a lot of them. For normal PCs and gaming, 8GB is fine. Anything less than 1600MHz clock speed on RAM is bad nowadays, by the way, but don't go overkill on anything over 1866, it's not worth it and you can't take full advantage of it.
On thread: I'm also having issues with the bot opening random Internet Explorer pages. Running Windows XP, 1024x768 32bit color depth.
