edit 1: 24 Hours passed now. Havnt got a message that its done. Maybe a little longer? League of Legends hasnt updated. But 48 hours hasnt passed, because of this it's ok.

edit 2: okay got 100 completed referells but all level 1. hmm... will be interessting to see how long it will take to level 10

They're all lvl 10, just gotta wait for it to propagate on the website.
