I remember a few years ago someone created a program that automatically downloaded the latest version of Zygor and installed it in the appropriate directory, fully automated. Does anyone have a link or remember who created this program? Of course, I'm talking about the unofficial version :)

That has not worked in years.

For that to work it needed to.
Download my file
Upload it again
Change the link in the updater

Repeat that every single time an update is made.

All so people would run it and update.

So that takes longer than someone to manually download and update the addon.

im pretty sure the mop remix is the same profile they will release just adjusted for version/zone detection anyway, can you dm me a link to the mop remix/mop retail profiles if u still have them somewhere? best i can find is jade forest intro or panda starting zones

Ok to answer your first question.

Mop is not out yet.
The guides are not even out yet.
People want it before it is even made. When they know the guides are not out. But they still keep on asking about it.

Remix in for retail, so you will find it in the retail file.

So you want me to DM you a guide that does not even exist. So you can get it and no one else can? Because everything I post is public.

But here is a point.
The Devs show how to make the guides.
People know of the old mop guides from multiple addons.
But no one wants to make them. No one would make 1 quest and someone else write the next quest etc. Instead they just want it all done for them.

You know that with all the quests in mop and if 1 person wrote 1 guide per quest. It would all be done in 1 week. Seeing people know it does not take long to write 1 quest.

But instead people want it all done for them.

So I have restedxp from curse, played the free lvl 1-20 survival guide, downloaded RXP leveling from page 1, put it in addons. But I can still only load 1-20 survival guide ingame. What do I need to do?

You do not say what you extracted it with - People keep on using the wrong software
You do not say if you had it before. - No idea if you deleted the saved variables or not.

I am not sure to take people seriously or not. In the world of warcraft folder, it shows what people installed. Then what do they do? Take the wrong one. Then make post after post it does not work.

That is seeing the installer for firefox. I am using windows, so I will take the masos one instead. Then complain that it does not work. That is literally the same as people are doing.

Anyone else getting this invalid error trying to open after downloading? Not sure if I'm doing something wrong.

Well of you looked up the error.
It would be showing that you are trying to extract a .rar file. With software that only extracts a zip.

The file is not the issue.
What you are using is and you are using windows extractor.
I did have in the first post, to use 7zip or windows extractor. But people never read it.
Take the file and run.
Does not work.
Then they say something.

Anniversary. Well you downloaded the era client. You installed the eta client. You download the era guides.
It clearly shows what you downloaded in the wow folder.

You are using windows extractor. That only extracts .zip and not .rar. You never used any other software?

If you did it would clearly say, windows extractor does not extract .rar files. But people still keep on using it.

Just an FYI to all those with unzipping issues, 7-zip is the way to go, never had any issues whatsoever with any addons extracted with this app.
