god i got problem here

I have received and redeemed several times before with no problem . BUT this time I got the referrals ,while cannot redeem it cause no redeem button on the right .... And also it shows 0 new friend hits level 5 but I actually receive 25 lvl 10 referrals !!

Did this happened to others before ???
