Make a new account, you probably created one with an ID that already exist in the db (matches with yours)

Press "~" with english keyboard
while console is up :
F1 = Show commands
F2 = Show monster codes
F3 = Show item codes
F4 = Show waypoints

Your Globalmanager's connection failed, make it connect to cert-manager (On port 32000)
