um try this if you want...

1) go to control panel
2)regional and language option
3) go under "languages" tab
4) check "install files for east asian languages"
5) apply

note: sometimes it needs an service pack of your OS or what ever not sure about it >.< i hope it helps a little to you guys...

but im using windows XP home edition
