Make it a rule that you can only use English in Global chat... It hasn't been a full day and global chatting is just pure sh*t with non stop turkish spam.

I can't start the game, when I created my character now I got disconnected right after creating it and now I'm not able to play because every time I press start, I get an instant crash. Could you please check this?

wtf are you smoking? If you played sro for 5 - 6 years you should understand what people are looking for in private servers. Most of the community prefer mid rate and low cap (80 / 90 / 100) because it was simply the best sro times. That's why there are so many #90 #100 cap servers. Now look at all those ridiculous 140 cap x300 servers. They don't even accumulate more than 300 unique players.

Private server is not supposed to last 1 - 2 years. It's more like a seasonal server. You enjoy the fresh start, progress, reach end game and pretty much pvp and quit. It has been like this forever, and yet you pretend that you know sro. Pathetic
