I make a ticket about reselling for them i provide the discord i used and all other info they ask for and homer closes ticket without even letting me see a reply. However looking at transcript it says "We arent Looking for resellers with no exp." Followed by a closing the ticket.
Now this in itself isnt horrible however talk with the customer. As a guy that has irl companies the phrase "Know your customer" is huge. I make over 200K a year and yet not good enough to resell? the discord i linked has customers and vouches ect.
Look around and you will see many complaints about "Homer" and how he interacts with inquiring and current clients.
TLDR...
Cheat is good but "Homer" will and is actively losing you money.
Sorry if tickets seem to get closed quickly, since if we don't, we get to many inactive tickets built up. You will always get sent a transcript of your ticket and a reason when its closed, if you think your ticket was closed by mistake (can happen especially when we are really busy), then just open another one and make sure to provide all the info the bot asks you to provide.
Also the only tickets i can see closed for reselling recently are ones where people asked to resell who have 5 - 10 customers in total, which would not make you eligible. We do this since we have accepted people in the past who are just starting out and it always causes issues, with them partially paying orders and asking us for help with every single step of selling, which we simply do not have time for, which is why we no longer accept resellers who don't have experience.
