I dont see the harm in openly recruiting, having a group of friends that consist only of 20~24 and wanting to recruit more people to have the guild full and ready, whats the problem in that?

People that are IN the guild, are IN the EXP parties i created. There are no outsiders anymore, people know each other because they've been talking to each other via Skype/facebook chat.

For me, for the others, there is nothing wrong with recruiting people that seem chill and know how to speak English. Im sorry for you if you think thats "wrong", thats how we are and we're no longer going to change. You started as 50 people? 60 people? Nah, you recruited on PhSro, thats how you got bigger, so please, dont talk about openly recruiting.

EIGHT/BlackList/RapeFest etc... Most us are playing together since few years. Didn't play PhSro much so can't tell what happened in there but usually there aren't many outsiders added : PP

You kinda sound butthurt mayne... I dont think that was meant as an insult in the first place.

P.S. Besides, I'm an outsider, I havent played for like 2years I believe, and I will most likely end up in a top tier ENG guild soon enough. There is nothing bad with recruiting so called outsiders. You really took this way to serious.
